In this episode we get back to the basics and discuss the mudflood. The video cuts out at the beginning and has many errors. My computer has major problems this week and so does my brain. I woke up with vertigo early this week. What a horrible and humbling experience it has been. It has forced me to research the ear and the calcium deposits that form in the canal. I have learned a few tricks but I can't say it is completely gone yet. I am taking it as a sign and will be slowing down a bit. I went on a hike with Chief today and it was nice.
